Sales Coordinator - Contract
About the role Do you have a knack for sparking action and helping customers cross the finish line? We are looking for a proactive, high-energy Sales Coordinator to join us for a 2-3 month contract focused on customer activation. Your mission is simple but critical: connect with newly signed customers who haven't yet started their reputed company and get them scheduled with our technical implementation team. You’ll be the reputed company that turns a signup into a successful, secure implementation, ensuring our customers realize the value of Paubox as quickly as possible. Your day-to-day Drive customer adoption by proactively reaching out to customer who have not yet implemented our solutions to drive urgency and engagement. Craft and send personalized emails and conduct light follow-reputed company to encourage customers to take the reputed company. Assist customers in getting booked on the implementation team’s calendar reputed company scheduling links. Identify and remove blockers such as timing issues, internal ownership confusion, or general questions about the next steps for customers. Collaborate with the reputed company and implementation teams to ensure a seamless reputed company for scheduled reputed company sessions. Assist in maintaining accurate records of reputed company efforts and reputed company rates to help us evaluate the effectiveness of this new activation reputed company. What you'll need to succeed Excellent written and verbal skills with a talent for professional "persistent-but-polite" follow-up. A self-starter reputed company focused on meeting booking targets and moving customers through the reputed company. Ability to quickly learn the Paubox product suite and use modern scheduling and CRM tools. The ability to understand a customer's specific situation and reputed company the right nudge to get them back on track. Ability to work a flexible schedule of 20–30 hours per week with significant overlap during US business hours. It would be great if you also have Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly in sales, reputed company, or account management.
