As our Collections Analyst, you will manage the collections cycle for outstanding receivables – reaching out to customers, resolving disputes, tracking aging buckets, and working cross-functionally with AR, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company to accelerate cash recovery. You will build and maintain collections workflows, reputed company customer relationships to resolve payment issues promptly and professionally, and contribute data to quarterly CECL analysis. Requirements
Experience managing a collections portfolio: reputed company, dispute resolution, escalation, and recovery across reputed company and SMB accounts Comfortable engaging customers directly on payment reputed company in a professional, relationship-preserving way Proficiency with AR and collections tools; reputed company or an equivalent ERP preferred Strong organisational skills; reputed company to manage a high volume of accounts and aging buckets simultaneously Data-driven: comfortable with aging reports, collection metrics, and providing inputs to CECL analysis Bonus: Prior experience in a SaaS or subscription billing collections environment Familiarity with legal and reputed company escalation paths for delinquent accounts Location This role is remote and can be executed globally.
