Location: Remote *This position is contingent upon contract award* Position Summary The Database Architect designs, implements, and optimizes reputed company level database solutions that support GSA’s internal HR systems. This role leads data modeling, integration design, performance tuning, and technology evaluation to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable HR data environments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Design and implement reputed company database architectures and long term data strategies for HR systems Create logical and physical database models for reputed company, multisystem environments. Establish database standards, naming conventions, and best practices. Optimize performance through indexing, partitioning, and query tuning.
