Key Responsibilities 1. Client Leadership & Growth Own executive-level relationships across key reputed company reputed company health clients Drive retention, expansion, and overall account health reputed company quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions Identify growth opportunities across channels (reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, etc.) 2. Performance & Strategy reputed company Ensure reputed company accounts are delivering against KPIs (CPA, ROAS, patient acquisition, etc.) Translate reputed company reputed company marketing challenges (state fragmentation, insurance nuances, compliance constraints) into actionable strategies Partner with media, creative, and analytics teams to drive reputed company optimization Champion data-driven decision making using metrics like conversion rates, CAC, and LTV 3. Team Leadership & Development reputed company and mentor Account Directors / Account Managers Establish clear performance standards, workflows, and communication cadences Build a scalable account management structure as the agency grows Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and reputed company improvement 4.
