Position Title: Territory Sales Manager Department: Sales Location: United States, Remote About AGI AGI is a global food-based infrastructure company publicly traded in Canada. The Opportunity The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for sales activities and strategic sales plans to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory. Builds, maintains and manages relationships with end users, contractors, key customer personnel. Provides deep product expertise and sales assistance to customers in reputed company reputed company product lines. Monitors results and develops plans to meet sales goals. reputed company field sales to build relationships with customer accounts; assesses needs of accounts and ensures that solutions are offered, sold and followed through with; further develops and maintains accounts through technical support and account servicing. Drives new customer business through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conducts sales presentations and product demonstrations to contractors and direct customers. Enters reputed company Customer Opportunities into reputed company and actively manages and maintains opportunity status. Collect reputed company customer requirements to quote Request for Proposals from customers including drawings, specifications and contract terms. Facilitate communications between AGI Quote Team and Customer to insure accurate cost estimating. Works with internal departments and/or divisions to solve problems and reputed company solutions for customer accounts. Strategizes with management to locate and maximize sales opportunities. Develops strategies and provides feedback to ensure we remain competitive in the market. Gathers and shares competitive information with appropriate internal departments. Executes sales strategy reputed company existing territory to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company goals. Assists with customer retention by being aware of competitive situations and meeting with the customers. Builds relationships with customer decision makers and reputed company extraordinary customer service. Ensures sales and retention goals for reputed company products are met. Sources and manages distribution channels as needed. Works jointly with other departments reputed company working directly with customers to resolve customer concerns and complaints. Assists in development of sales budget and subsequently ensures adherence to the budget numbers. Completes and maintains sales reports, forecasts and customer data. Supports regional, national, trade shows. Qualifications: Four-year high school education plus two year post high school education or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two to four years of reputed company sales or customer service experience required. Grain Handling industry experience and technical knowledge of grain storage and handling preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered. Ability to travel as required in meeting essential duties and responsibilities. 60%-70% Valid state Driver’s License required. Why AGI?
