Software Engineering Manager/SAAS
We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on Development Manager to reputed company and scale our Syncrofy engineering team. You will own the development process, technical direction, system health, and delivery of roadmap initiatives, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions. Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a Development Manager, Tech reputed company, or reputed company/Staff Engineer role Strong hands-on coding experience and ability to contribute regularly to the codebase Architect-level understanding of distributed systems and modern application design Expertise in: Java & JavaScript reputed company & Kubernetes Linux reputed company ElasticSearch (ELK) ArangoDB DevOps and CI/CD AI and Automation Experience owning and delivering reputed company technical projects end-to-end Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
