Key Responsibilities

Review clinical and administrative records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency Conduct routine quality assurance audits and document findings Identify areas for workflow improvement and process efficiency Maintain accurate reports, logs, and internal documentation Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership as needed Support compliance with internal procedures and quality standards Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, business, administration, or reputed company field preferred 1+ year of experience in quality assurance, reputed company administration, auditing, records review, or reputed company work preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Proficiency with reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, or similar systems Strong time management and problem-solving skills Compensation & Schedule $55.00 – $62.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience Part-time: 20–28 hours per week Monday through Friday Flexible daytime scheduling based on operational needs Work Location & Eligibility This is a remote position reputed company to applicants who currently reputed company reputed company the United States.
