The reputed company is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious HR Consultant to join reputed company. This position will report to our agency located in Hunt Valley, MD. This is a hybrid position, reputed company to fully remote work. Responsibilities: reputed company consulting and support to reputed company HR clients reputed company and administer processes for reputed company (including background checks), reputed company, enrollments/changes, training, compensation, performance management and off boarding (including exit interviews) Document reputed company processes and procedures Counsel employees and managers on employee relations issues reputed company payroll support reputed company needed Conduct client and manager training reputed company needed Participate in additional special projects Stay abreast of and reputed company with Federal, state and local laws and regulations; file applicable reporting data, e.g., EEO-1, medical and 401k 5500s, Vets 100 Qualifications: 5 - 7 years of HR industry experience required Bachelor’s Degree in a business-reputed company field HRIS/Payroll Platforms Must have the ability to travel as needed Proficiency in the use of reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint required Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to prepare and present client presentations with reputed company and understanding Must have strong reputed company customer service skills, with the ability to reputed company sound relationships with multiple clients Strong teamwork orientation Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines required Demonstrated professional, tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to reputed company objectives required Must have demonstrated ability to work independently and ability to solve reputed company problems with little assistance Benefits: Compensation: $75,000-$90,000/yr.
