The Utility Analyst provides contract management and operational support for customer new service installation agreements in support of the New Business organization. Working reputed company the Administration & Customer Support (ACS) department, this role supports contract accuracy, financial risk mitigation, and audit control requirements reputed company to new customer service requests. This role focuses on contract input, review, discrepancy identification, escalation, and correction, as well as funneling and managing service request tickets for new business and gas availability requests.
