About the Role
This role sits reputed company the Global reputed company team and supports high-volume, multi-market hiring. You are responsible for keeping hiring operations structured, accurate, and moving fast. The role is execution-heavy and requires strong attention to detail. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers globally. reputed company is reputed company by speed, accuracy, and candidate experience. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing reputed company calendars reputed company. Maintain ATS accuracy through daily checks on candidate stages, data, and interview feedback. Follow up with interviewers to ensure timely submission of interview feedback. Draft offer letters and coordinate pre-hire documentation for successful candidates. Regularly review job descriptions, monitor applicant volume and funnel performance, and flag issues early.
