Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and codetermination bodies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree with minimum 5 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
