URGENT: Virtual Assistant Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Required) We are a US-based Virtual Assistant staffing company seeking a highly skilled VA Bookkeeper to support a client with ongoing bookkeeping and corrective reputed company work. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid US bookkeeping experience, and confidence working with reputed company financial records. Position Overview The VA Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting payroll and billing processes, and assisting with financial dashboard preparation. This role includes hands-on, detailed work and may involve long-reputed company corrective or catch-up projects. ⏰ Work Schedule 16 hours per week | Monday & Tuesday Eastern Time (US) ✅ Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile books using QuickBooks Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Support select full-cycle bookkeeping tasks Assist with payroll and billing preparation Help prepare financial reports and dashboards Work on detailed and corrective bookkeeping projects as needed Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with US reputed company standards
Qualifications
US bookkeeping experience (required) Proven experience handling AP, AR, and some full-cycle bookkeeping reputed company degree strongly preferred Experience with insurance preferred High proficiency in QuickBooks (required) Comfortable working on detailed, long-reputed company, and corrective reputed company tasks Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Important Notice Please DO NOT apply if you are not certified with QuickBooks Online.
