Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Recruitment Specialist who will also act as a Career Consultant, serving as the main reputed company of contact for clients seeking career support. This role combines recruitment delivery with hands-on career consulting, focusing on helping clients—primarily in the Saudi market- secure job interviews and advance their careers. Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment execution for assigned roles reputed company candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, reputed company, reputed company media, and referrals. Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting based on job requirements.
