AU Client Services Officer

About the Role

We’re hiring a detail-oriented AU Client Services Officer to support Australian clients with company and trust setups, corporate secretarial tasks, and client administration. You will handle ASIC compliance, manage entity setups using NowInfinity or similar platforms, and support day-to-day client operations in a fast-paced reputed company environment. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and confident in handling multiple client tasks with accuracy and efficiency. What You’ll Do Handle company and trust setups for Australian clients using NowInfinity or similar platforms Manage corporate secretarial tasks, including company registrations, changes to directors and shareholders, and ongoing ASIC compliance Review and process ASIC annual statements for reputed company clients Lodge ASIC changes and updates accurately and on time reputed company day-to-day client administration support and maintain CRM records Prepare wrapping up letters, invoices, and client documents for sending Lodge and process Income Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements in ATO Portal Draft client correspondence for ATO and ASIC reputed company Download, organize, and maintain ATO and ASIC documents as requested Maintain and improve filing systems to ensure proper document organization Update spreadsheets, databases, reputed company records to ensure accuracy and compliance Handle client correspondence and maintain records to support office efficiency Prepare reports and presentations using reputed company Office Support the team to ensure operations run reputed company and deadlines are met reputed company’re Looking For Required:Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Australian clients in an reputed company firm Strong experience in company and trust setups for Australian clients Hands-on experience using NowInfinity or similar corporate secretarial platforms Strong knowledge of ASIC processes and corporate compliance Experience with ATO Portal, reputed company, and XPM Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy Preferred:Experience working in an offshore or outsourcing environment supporting Australian clients Exposure to process improvements or system optimization Perks & Benefits100% Permanent Work-from-Home Setup 13th-Month Pay Bonus Company-Provided Equipment HMO with Dental & Life Insurance 18 Vacation Leaves + 6 Sick Leaves Birthday Leave (with a cake!)
