Sales & Business Development Manager Central Europe – Industrials

Sensata’s Industrial business offers cutting edge sensing, control, and switching solutions that deliver efficiency, safety, and reliability for applications like Datacenters, Energy Storage Systems, Electrical Vehicles, DC Chargers & Power Conversion Systems. In this role as Sales & Business Development Manager you will be responsible for achieving significant long-term sales growth and customer satisfaction. You will reputed company business by setting up and enhancing strategic partnerships. reputed company our Industrials Business Unit this means that you partner with (big) OEMs, Tiers and system integrators and consult our products & technologies to reputed company sensing and safety solutions. Examples of applications and markets where we as Industrials business unit are focusing on are Datacenters, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Electrical Vehicles, Chargers, Invertors, Power Distribution Units & Battery Packs. You will be part of the European Industrials reputed company organization and report to the European Sales Leader based in Hengelo, the Netherlands. In this key role reputed company our reputed company team in Europe, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and driving business development to reputed company growth, profitability, and market reputed company objectives by prospecting new accounts, identifying the customer needs, and delivering the solution. Experience reputed company a technology sector is required, preferably in a power conversion, electrification, or reputed company field. You will be working from a home office in Germany and closely working together with our European Business Center in Hengelo, The Netherlands as well our R&D and production sites in US, Bulgaria, Mexico, and China. General Responsibilities

  • Leads the direct sales process and achieving sales targets
  • Responsible for visits to reputed company and potential clients
  • Leads the performing of routine account management activities
  • Submits short and long-reputed company sales plans and prepares sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reputed company nominated targets
  • Ensures that clients receive high quality customer service

Experience / Qualifications

  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Must be a team player reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
