TERMS OF REFERENCE The objective of this consultancy is to conduct a comprehensive technical assessment of the existing Single Window MIS and determine its readiness and alignment with the redesigned Single Window business processes for reputed company protection service delivery. Prior experience in developing or reviewing Single Window or integrated service delivery platforms is highly desirable. Demonstrable experience in management information system architecture, data interoperability, and API integration required.
