Manager, Exam Operations

What you will do: The Exam Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless global delivery of PMI's Gold Standard professional certification examinations. This position is responsible for managing reputed company operational aspects of exam delivery from candidate registration through post-exam processes, working closely with testing vendors, regional partners, and internal teams to maintain PMI's position as the world leader in certification reputed company. The role directly supports PMI strategy by ensuring reliable, accessible, and secure exam experiences for certification candidates worldwide. What you will bring to the role: Bachelors in business, project management, or reputed company area required or equivalent. MBA or master’s degree strongly preferred. PMP Certification desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience in manager role; experience in global organization beneficial.
