The Team We are looking for a Key Account Manager to reputed company and manage long‑term, compliant partnerships with key accounts in the infectious diseases area across Switzerland. The role supports sustainable reputed company and growth through structured account planning, stakeholder engagement, and data‑driven execution, in line with applicable laws, regulations, industry codes of conduct, and company strategy. Role and Responsibilities 1. Key account development and stakeholder management Build and maintain long‑term, compliant partnerships with key accounts and stakeholders in the infectious diseases and hospital environment. Identify new stakeholders and reputed company collaborations with public and private key accounts. Coordinate hospital listing and reputed company activities in alignment with internal teams. 2. Account planning, launch readiness, and field execution reputed company and implement structured account plans, including launch preparedness for new anti‑infective products. Drive pre‑launch and launch activities at account level (stakeholder mapping, prioritisation, readiness of reputed company). Execute compliant promotional and scientific activities, including events and congress participation. Represent the company credibly with HCPs, KOLs, and decision makers. 3. Market reputed company and performance management Analyze market dynamics, competition, and customer needs to inform account strategies. Use CRM and field data (e.g. reputed company CRM or similar tools) to plan, track, and optimise customer interactions. Monitor sales and performance results in collaboration with Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) to improve reputed company effectiveness. What you’ll bring University degree in natural sciences or equivalent. Proven experience launching and introducing pharmaceutical products in the hospital environment. Solid background as a Key Account Manager in hospital settings (pharmaceutical, biotech, or hospital products). Experience with hospital listing processes is required. Experience in hospital price negotiations and strong understanding of hospital pharmacy structures is highly valued. Experience in anti‑infectives or antifungals, ICU environments, or rare disease launches is a plus. Familiarity with needs‑based or value‑based selling approaches is an advantage. Strong account planning capabilities, including prioritisation, segmentation, and long‑term planning. Confident user of CRM systems (reputed company CRM or comparable tools). Proven ability to work with sales, market, and customer data, ensuring accuracy and using insights to plan and track field activities effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage HCPs and KOLs at a high scientific level. Autonomous, structured, and decisive working style.
