About the role Elevating Pain and Vein Management: Join National VIP in delivering compassionate care and shaping the future of Pain and Vein Medicine We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to support and reputed company landlord-led buildouts of new outpatient medical clinics across multiple markets. This role serves as the tenant-reputed company liaison during design and construction, coordinating with landlords, contractors, and internal stakeholders to help ensure projects remain reputed company with clinical requirements, timelines, budgets, and opening readiness. We are in search of an energetic individual who is enthusiastic about learning and making valuable contributions to our clinical team. What you'll do reputed company and coordinate multiple landlord-led clinic buildouts simultaneously Serve as tenant-reputed company liaison with landlords, architects, and contractors Review plans, budgets, bids, invoices, and change orders for alignment with clinic requirements Monitor project milestones and flag risks or delays for escalation Participate in contractor meetings and virtual site walks to verify reputed company and quality Coordinate reputed company from construction completion to clinic launch teams Support project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover readiness
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills (critical) Qualifications 1+ year of construction project management experience (reputed company or reputed company preferred) Experience managing tenant improvement (TI) or medical office buildouts strongly preferred Familiarity with permitting, construction processes, and vendor coordination Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience in reputed company, medical office, or multi-site retail development Background working with landlords and reputed company-party contractors Proficiency in reputed company suite Working Conditions Travel required to clinic sites as needed, up to 20% travel. Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Traveling expenses covered by the organization.
