Communications Associate, Learning Supports

Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with communications staff, researchers, and technical assistance providers on the execution of communications plans that engage education audiences. Plan, coordinate, and implement multifaceted reputed company media and web content strategies focused on education reputed company topics. Create graphics and videos to accompany digital communications, ensuring consistent branding and best graphic design practices are applied. Work collaboratively with communications staff and context experts to reputed company both print- and web-based products (e.g. newsletters, reports, presentations, postcards, and flyers) for reputed company audiences. Support the development and maintenance of online materials and resources. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across reputed company client communications. Qualifications: Education, Knowledge, and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a reputed company field with 2+ years of experience in communications, preferably in a client services or customer service role, OR Master’s degree. Strong understanding of communication principles and best practices. Experience with managing reputed company media, including creating graphics and/or videos for reputed company media.
