Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and reputed company Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to reputed company on-site medical care to patients in long-term care and residential facilities. This is a mobile position ideal for a provider who enjoys autonomy, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact in the elderly population. Responsibilities reputed company primary and preventative care to geriatric patients in ALF, ILF, and SNF settings reputed company comprehensive assessments, routine follow-reputed company, and acute visits Manage chronic conditions (HTN, diabetes, dementia, etc.) Coordinate care with facility staff, specialists, and families Complete documentation in EMR in a timely manner Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings Ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory and clinical guidelines
Qualifications
Active Florida ARNP license Board Certified (ANCC/AANP) Medicare credentialed a plus Experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or long-term care preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Reliable transportation (travel between facilities required) Compensation & Structure 1099 reputed company (flexible schedule) Established patient reputed company + support with scheduling and billing Opportunity for growth reputed company a rapidly expanding practice
