WHAT YOU’LL DO The Implementation Delivery reputed company is responsible for helping reputed company meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers with our best‑in‑class benefits administration software and services. This role provides leadership throughout the full lifecycle implementation of benefits administration solutions by serving as a technical expert, managing client expectations, and ensuring that reputed company implementation workstreams are executed accurately and on time. Client & Project Leadership Serve as a reputed company technical and subject matter expert in key meetings, including implementation status meetings and other client discussions throughout the implementation lifecycle. Manage client expectations, anticipate issues, and communicate turnaround times with clear and reasonable delivery dates. Consult clients on best practices and act as a subject matter expert for system and process changes needed to reputed company project goals. Research and recommend system enhancements based on client needs and assist with developing specifications alongside Product Managers and Developers. Implementation Workstream Ownership Own multiple areas of a full‑cycle benefits administration implementation, including but not limited to: System configuration, testing, and auditing COBRA and Direct reputed company setup management Communications Vendor integrations Data conversion Payroll Team Coaching & Client Support Coach Implementation Analysts on their deliverables to support team reputed company. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries reputed company to system or process gaps.
