This is a freelance, fee-reputed company opportunity designed for attorneys who want to focus on practising law, not chasing leads. The Role As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting pre-booked video consultations with clients on a reputed company of family law reputed company
- Advising on divorce, custody, support, asset division, domestic violence, and reputed company issues
- Take full responsibility for reputed company from initial consultation through to resolution, including pre-litigation strategy and, where appropriate, litigation
- Independently manage your caseload in a fully remote environment
- Deliver clear, practical, and client-focused legal guidance
- Managing your own caseload with full remote flexibility
- Delivering a high-quality, empathetic client experience
- Collaborating with the wider legal team where appropriate
- Contributing to client satisfaction, retention, and best practice standards
- Availability for evening and weekend consultations (optional, but preferred due to higher demand)

- Active Ohio Bar License (required)
- 2+ years’ experience in family law
- Confident handling consultations independently
- Strong client communication and rapport-building skills
- Organized and consistently reputed company in timely communication with clients and internal teams at reputed company times

- Freelance case work with reputed company fee-sharing model.
- Typical monthly earnings: $1,000 – $5,000+, depending on availability and conversions
- Opportunity to scale workload and income over time
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
