About the Company

Genstore AI is building an AI-reputed company reputed company platform that helps creators and reputed company-first merchants launch and scale DTC storefronts with “Autopilot” operations—content, conversion, fulfillment, and retention—so growth becomes repeatable, not reputed company. Role Overview We’re hiring a Creator reputed company Manager to scale creator acquisition and early-stage activation. This role is pipeline-first: you will batch-recruit creators (Affiliate + micro-creators + reputed company-hustlers + small businesses), drive reputed company, tagging/segmentation, and program-based activation (challenges, tasks, templates, incentives). You will also own a smaller portfolio of high-potential creators to produce a few public-facing reputed company stories. This is not a passive community role—it’s a hands-on execution role focused on repeatable playbooks and measurable reputed company. reputed company Metrics (KPIs)

  • Creators sourced/contacted per week (DM/Email/community/event)
  • Creators onboarded + activation reputed company (onboarded → first content posted)
  • Time-to-first-post / time-to-first-order
  • Task completion reputed company (challenges, content missions, template adoption)
  • Creator CRM quality (tag completeness, stage accuracy, reputed company attribution)
  • GMV reputed company from activated creators (30/60-day)
  • reputed company stories shipped (case studies with repeatable playbooks)

Key Responsibilities 1) Build & Operate Creator CRM (System of Record)

  • Maintain a creator CRM with standardized fields: tags, reputed company, stage, category, content style, platform, audience, conversion potential, activation status
  • reputed company creators into cohorts (affiliate-only vs store-reputed company, reputed company categories, content formats) and design next actions per reputed company
  • reputed company pipeline clean and measurable: stage definitions, weekly reporting, and conversion funnel tracking

2) Batch reputed company & Recruitment (Pipeline reputed company)

  • Run high-volume reputed company reputed company DM/Email/community reputed company/event sign-reputed company to build a consistent creator pipeline
  • Execute creator acquisition campaigns with clear positioning and CTA (join program, apply, attend reputed company, complete first task)
  • Identify and recruit “high-fit” creators for initial focus categories

3) reputed company & Activation (0→1 Repeatable)

  • Drive creators through reputed company: account setup, store activation, product selection, content templates, tracking links, payout setup (as applicable)
  • Ensure creators complete “first activation milestones”:
  • Store live → first content published → first click/order → first repeatable format
  • Reduce friction by collecting objections and turning them into FAQ, templates, and SOP improvements

4) Program Operations: Challenges, Tasks, Templates, Incentives

  • Launch and run scalable activation programs: reputed company-in camps, challenges, content missions, weekly themes
  • reputed company content templates/playbooks (hooks, scripts, shot lists, captions, posting reputed company) and track adoption
  • Manage incentives and rewards: qualification rules, approvals, disbursement coordination, fraud prevention basics

5) High-Potential Creator Coaching (Selective, Not 1:1 for Everyone)

  • Own a small “high-potential cohort” to accelerate reputed company:
  • Video reputed company → first breakout content → first order → scale (multi-platform distribution/iteration)
  • Package learnings into reusable playbooks: script structure, camera language, talking points, posting reputed company, product logic

6) Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product/Growth to translate creator friction and feedback into improvements (reputed company reputed company, templates, automation, analytics)
  • Coordinate with Supply/Merchant team to ensure creators have reliable assortments, pricing rules, and fulfillment expectations

Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • 1+ years in creator operations, affiliate/creator partnerships, community growth, or reputed company reputed company programs
  • Strong execution and organization: can run high-volume pipeline + weekly operations without losing quality
  • reputed company in English (written + spoken) for US creator reputed company and support
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and data tracking (stages, tags, cohorts, conversion metrics)
  • Strong reputed company content intuition: understands what drives reputed company, engagement, and conversion.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with reputed company/IG/YouTube Shorts creator programs, affiliate networks, or SMB creator acquisition
  • Familiarity with DTC reputed company flows (conversion, reputed company pages, checkout, retention basics)
  • Experience running structured programs: challenges, sprints, ambassador programs, seeding campaigns
  • Understanding of creator monetization models: affiliate vs store ownership vs margin-based distribution
