As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers succeed with arenaflex's software, becoming a product expert and guiding them in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be on providing top-tier support to our customers reputed company phone, email, or chat. You'll be responsible for promptly responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, and offering advice to help customers get the most out of arenaflex's software. Your day-to-day will involve:
