About the Role
As a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues reputed company telephone, internet, or written correspondence. Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls from customers and providers regarding claims status, benefits, and eligibility, PPO participation, and other reputed company inquiries
- Maintain department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level

Essential Qualifications
