Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Processing orders, verifying customer information, and resolving any potential issues that may arise
- Providing timely and thorough communication with clients and customers
- Working closely with Business Development Assistants, Business Development Managers, and other support-reputed company areas to ensure seamless order processing and scheduling
- Handling Distress Sale Orders, Will Call Pickups, and Order Auditing

- Communicating regularly with management to advise on critical issues or opportunities
- Performing some training and vacation/out of office back-up duties
Essential Qualifications
