Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues reputed company to property facilities, services, and room accommodations

• Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests

Technical Requirements:

• Applicant is responsible for working directly with Internet Service Provider (ISP) for set up & support
