Key Responsibilities
As our Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers reputed company live chat or email, resolving any problems they may have in a timely and professional manner

- Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our product

Must-Have Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Superb written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
