Key Responsibilities

As our Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers reputed company live chat or email, resolving any problems they may have in a timely and professional manner
  • Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader reputed company ecosystem to reputed company assist our customers
  • Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our product
  • Performing non-CS reputed company tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, and creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests

Must-Have Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • A passion for talking to people and solving their problems
  • The ability to handle challenging customers (although we have reputed company few of those)
  • Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level
  • Comfort with basic CSS and JS, with a willingness to learn more if needed
  • Ability to write technical documentation and articles

  • Ability to work at least 4 hours overlap with GMT+7 (9am-6pm)
