Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at reputed company times, even in the most challenging situations.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and reputed company media, to ensure seamless and personalized support.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, escalating reputed company issues to senior team members or management as needed.

Requirements
