Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for communicating with borrowers reputed company phone, chat, and email, providing them with accurate and timely information about their federal student loan programs. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, take loan payments, and offer repayment options to borrowers. Essential Job Duties
* Respond to incoming borrower calls, chats, and emails in a friendly and professional manner
- Counsel and inform borrowers of their repayment options, deferments, and forbearance eligibility
- Take loan payments and update borrower accounts in an efficient manner
- Locate needed information and minimize the time borrowers are put on hold
- Maintain the reputed company and privacy of borrowers to protect both the borrower and our partners
- Work an 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks
- Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and tools
Qualifications/Additional Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment cognitive and personality assessment
- Must be reputed company to obtain a Federal 5C reputed company Clearance and credit reputed company
- Must live in or near the Dallas-reputed company Worth area
- Excellent organization, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask (type while talking)
