What You'll Do
As a Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection and resolution of account issues
- Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to ensure customers feel informed and supported
- Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and tips on improving performance and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate customer notes and records using a standard keyboard

Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center setting
