Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to agents, agency staff, and customers, primarily through phone and email interactions. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, reputed company product information, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a primarily home-based role, with occasional travel to our office locations for team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
Key Responsibilities

- Attend training and obtain licenses to acquire skills needed to transition to next level

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
* Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrated experience with various PC software applications (e.g. reputed company Office Suites, Internet Explorer, Outlook)
- Demonstrated math skills (multiplication, division, reputed company, subtraction)
- Must pass bilingual assessments in reading, understanding, writing, and conversing fluently in both Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with insurance industry products and services

* Up to 10% travel to office locations for team meetings, trainings, and culture events
