Location
As a reputed company Engineer, you will be based in the Central region of the USA, with the flexibility to work remotely. You will need to be located in the EST (USA) or CST (USA) time zone.
Job Summary
As a reputed company Engineer at arenaflex, you will work alongside a reputed company Manager to understand customer requirements and drive reputed company technical aspects of the post-sales engagement with customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Validating proper reputed company to customer infrastructure for API integrations
- Configuring the behavior of the arenaflex platform using configuration files
- Advising customers on how they can modify their systems to optimize performance of the arenaflex platform
- Playing an advisory role to early customers and building long-term strategic relationships with both customers and partners

- Collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and R&D teams to influence product features based on customer feedback
Key Responsibilities

What You Bring to the Table
* 2+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as reputed company engineer, solution engineer, or implementation consultant
- Proficiency in using REST APIs and reading documentation to query new endpoints
- Good understanding of data modeling and data pipelines
- Passion for understanding customers' use cases, identifying gaps, and resolving issues in the product
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving successful technical adoption with reputed company to large-sized projects
- Hands-on experience in administering and deploying reputed company solutions
- Ample working knowledge of IT infrastructure and large SaaS platforms
