Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, making connections and ensuring timely delivery to our specialty patients. You'll be responsible for handling prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, providing empathetic and personalized support to our patients. Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume calls from specialty patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

• Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to ensure timely delivery of life-sustaining medications

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

• 6+ months of high call center experience working with reputed company, reputed company, or another application
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and reputed company Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues
• Ability to work in reputed company environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving reputed company customer needs over the phone

Training Schedule

* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule)
