Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. You'll work closely with our store partners, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues, answer questions, and reputed company solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and engaging with customers through chat support
- Resolving customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information, answering questions, and making recommendations to customers
- Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds, as needed
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer experiences
- Maintaining accurate records, notes, and documentation of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment

- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
