Job Summary:
We are seeking an reputed company Licensed Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Oklahoma. As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their customers. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers who have questions or concerns about their insurance policies. You will also be responsible for processing calls, reviewing and updating customer information, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies
- Assist customers with questions or concerns about their insurance policies, including policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications
- Process calls, review and update customer information, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work with customers to resolve issues and reputed company solutions to their problems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be reputed company to pass a background reputed company and credit reputed company
- Must be reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Must be reputed company to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reputed company to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications:
