Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Product Manager, Customer Service to reputed company and manage the development of our contact center platform. As a key member of our CS team, you'll be responsible for driving the strategy, planning, and execution of our customer service initiatives. This is a senior role that requires strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
