Job Summary As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. You'll categorize reputed company calls received, record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls, and reputed company other duties as assigned. This is a full-time remote work opportunity, and we're looking for someone who is highly skilled, customer-focused, and reputed company to work independently.
