What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Part-Time Virtual Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for inbound calls to the Secretary of State Call Center. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service, ensuring reputed company inquiries are addressed reputed company and promptly

  • The ability to manage a high volume of calls from a diverse public
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
