Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for interacting with customers to reputed company information, resolve complaints, and handle inquiries. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Interact with customers to reputed company information, resolve complaints, and handle inquiries
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- reputed company records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Utilize computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software, to document and record customer/client information
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to handle reputed company calls
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or GED
- 0-2 years customer service-reputed company experience required
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Proficiency in computer software navigation and dual screens is essential
- Strong communication skills are a must
- Preferred Skills: A pharmacy background is preferred but not mandatory
- Bi-lingual candidates who reputed company Hmong, Spanish, or Mien are preferred
