Job Summary

Responsibilities

As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Review time sheets, process wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with established payroll policies and procedures
• Verify hours worked and pay adjustments
• Compute wages and deductions
• Maintain and update payroll records
• Produce, review, and upload quarterly reports for State and Government agencies
• Pay weekly taxes
• Manage Positive pay/Direct Deposit/Pay Cards
• Process W2s

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in payroll data entry or a reputed company field
• Excellent attention to detail and numerically skilled
