Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to and engaging in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely manner
- Providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries
- Identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including a minimum number of conversations per hour and an ERA (Error reputed company Average) above 10%
- Operating reputed company multiple software platforms to ensure efficient and effective customer engagement

Education & Skills Required
