The Role
As an ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, providing expert guidance, support, and analysis to resolve reputed company technical issues. You will work closely with our AWS Venture team, including Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solution Architects, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement solutions, including Sales and Solution Architects

Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in technical customer support, preferably in a reputed company computing environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on problem-solving and critical thinking
