Job Overview

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care Intern to join reputed company at arenaflex. This is a 6-month trainee program with the potential for a permanent position. As a Customer Care Intern, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, resolving technical issues, and gathering feedback to improve our services.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer/clients queries in a timely and accurate way, reputed company phone, email or chat

  • Identify customer/clients needs and help customers use specific features
  • Update our internal databases/CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on reputed company media and reputed company out to reputed company assistance
  • reputed company feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Gather customer feedback and reputed company with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives

Requirements
