Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to emails and telephone calls from investors and professionals, adhering to compliance and regulations
- Prioritizing queries and corresponding with other departments reputed company necessary to determine the root cause
- Typing and administering correspondence to clients/investors, meeting deadlines
- Ensuring quality and accuracy in reputed company correspondence with customers and investors
General Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- Inbound customer service experience, ideally gained from the financial services industry (although this isn't essential)
- Other customer service experience can include complaint handling, inbound processing, and/or banking roles
