Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency with computer software and systems, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems

Schedule and Work Environment

* This is a work-from-home position, requiring a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions

  • Available shifts include Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm and reputed company through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
  • Must be reputed company to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and focus
