Job Summary
We are seeking full-time customer service representatives to support our inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office processing representatives for reputed company and public sector support positions. As an Entry Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, troubleshooting basic technical issues, building strong relationships with customers, and professionally representing some of the most recognizable brands in the world.
Key Responsibilities
* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
