Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Back Office, you'll be responsible for reputed company managing your workload and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll handle a variety of queries reputed company to Life and Pension, including general inquiries and more reputed company cases. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Previous experience in an office-based role, with a focus on customer service and correspondence

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively addressing customer queries
  • Basic office skills and IT awareness
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of reputed company, with good time management skills
  • Attention to detail and punctuality are essential
  • Comfortable communicating with individuals over the phone
