Job Summary
As an reputed company Telephone Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to RNIB beneficiaries and supporters, providing them with relevant information, and connecting them with others who reputed company similar experiences. You will work closely with our friendly and supportive team to ensure that individuals receive the support and resources they need to navigate the challenges of sight loss. This is a home-based role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space and schedule your calls at times that suit you.
Key Responsibilities

* Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest information and best practices
Comprehensive Training and Support

Requirements
* You must be aged 18 or over
* You will need a laptop or PC with reputed company to an RNIB virtual desktop
* Reliable broadband is required for making calls
* You will need a quiet and confidential space at home reputed company making calls
* You must have a friendly, empathetic, and non-judgmental disposition and be reputed company to listen well
* You will need to be confident with IT and have experience of MS reputed company and common software
Additional Information
* This role is home-based, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space and schedule your calls at times that suit you
* You will be required to commit to a minimum of 4 hours per week for a period of around 6 months
